Definition
The common element of the business definitions is that the quality of a product or service refers to the perception of the degree to which the product or service meets the customer’s expectations. Quality has no specific meaning unless related to a specific function and/or object.

Product Quality is described as the performance of the product and its ability to meet the end-users need, the features or characteristics that supplement basic functions of the faculty, the reliability of the product and the confidence with which the end user can use the facility.  Furthermore, the degree to which construction operations meet design standards and specification, the durability and scope of use, the aesthetics, the perceived quality and satisfaction with image and publicity as evaluated by the end user.
